I had the same issue and found a fix for it. I had to roll my own OpenGeckoSharp.dll (changed Xpcom.cs) to do it though, so it's not the happiest of solutions. If you are interested in the code changes to fix this, or if you want me to send you the compiled .dll, let me know.

I'm very interested in these changes. I haven't had as much time as I'd like to work on this lately and I know several people are experiencing this error (including myself on one machine). It seemed like it had something to do with side-by-side versions of Gecko since it didn't happen until my Firefox install was updated, but I haven't had the chance to dig in. I'm also open to inviting more people onto this project to make sure our users are better taken care of in my absence. Perhaps you can attach source or link me to a repository or something?

I'm interested in detailed resolution steps for this. I can recompile projects as needed but if you've figured out necessary changes could you post them here?

I think the problem is .NET framework
I´ve installed the Google Music Player before install .NET framework 4 and work fine.
When i´ve installed .NET 4 get the error at open Music Player.
I´ve uninstalled Music Player and install .NET 3, restart and then reinstall Music Player, al work fine.
Greetings!
